Manitoba 'Start Breaking My Heart' (Leaf)

I was unaware of this group until I downloaded their excellent "Paul's Birthday". The blurb cites Boards of Canada, Eno, Aphex & Kraftwerk, but really it's far more jazz influenced than that would lead you to expect. Standout tracks include "People Eating Fruit", and the BoC influenced "Dundas, Ontario". It's impressively varied, with some hardcore noise in places, but overall an impressive slab of ambient/jazz/breaks malarkey.
