I was just thinking about a collaborative site where some people write about the tracks they have. Like one each day or less. No big reviews, just short notes, why the song or the album is great. It shouldn't be the obvious stuff, more like little treasures. Edutainment, that is.

mp3s don't need to be uploaded since everybody knows how to find them. Or we could cooperate with filepile.

What do you think? I could try to invite like 5 filepilers who always upload quality music.

Why have filepile mp3s only? Why not from anywhere around the net. I hardly ever go to filepile cause it takes bloody ages to download a thing.

my "everybody knows how to find them" refers actually to filesharing services like gnutella. i wanted to say that you don't need to upload the more common stuff. it's not about the files. it is about suggesting stuff to listen to or to look out for in the shops. It is just more convinient if you have a sound clip to link to. It doesn't matter where.

broaden! think broadband. i have no idea about the prices for dsl etc. in england, but you should consider this possibility. i really like it.

My company anounced to lay 9% of us off. I better not make any dsl commitment to Ips yet. I might be back in Jena sooner than planned.
