gnutella sucks
f*l*p*l* is down. the unofficial mac client for audiogalaxy hasn't been working for some weeks, because they changed the protocol. i managed to locate one user with larry young's fuel 'turn off the lights' (was it you, tops?) but i received only 4%. last week i spent hours to get a decent version of 'unconditional' by jacksoul (it was worth the wait, though).

is anyone seriously using gnutella? it appears to be closer to an arcade game than to file sharing.

yesterday i found these pages about samples and rare records. unfortunately, there are lots of annoying pop-ups, but it is definitely worth it.
